Order Inquiries
For questions regarding the status of your order or placing an order online, email us at info@capellidoro.com or call us at 212.288.7100.


Order Processing
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order. Your credit card charge will appear as from "Spa Processing Center" on your credit card statement. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis (excluding weekends). The usual process time for orders, once received, until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.


Shipping Information
All orders are shipped by UPS Service unless otherwise arranged. Shipping charges are listed below. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days form the day of shipment. All shipments are sent out on business days. We can only ship to U.S. addresses at this time.

Payment Options
We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for processing your website orders. We will not be able to accept money orders or checks.


Gift Certificate Policies
Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issue. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded for cash or charge credit. We will gladly exchange the Gift Certificate for one that suits you needs or issue a store credit.


Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on products shipped.

 


IN-SPA CLIENT SERVICE


Appointments

Please be on time for your appointment to receive the maximum benefits of your service. We sugget arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to allow for check-in and changing time. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure your choice of preferred time and technicican.

Relax completely and let your aesthetician know if you are uncomfortable. If you are too warm or cold, if massage pressure is too hard or soft, or if a product is too stimulating, please let us know. Your comfort and care is our greatest concern and priority.


Cancellations
To reserve your appointment we require a credit card, Gift Certificate number or pre-payment. For all srvices we require 48 hour notice in the event of cancellation. If full notice is not provided, we will bill for 20% of the services reserved. If the appointment can be filled, no billing will be made. We appreciate your appreciation in honoring our cancellation policy.


 

For Your Peace of Mind
Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles, we suggest you leave your valuables at home.


Gratuities
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities. Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients and should be given to your service provider. The customary gratuity ranges from 15-20% of service rendered.
